Search Job Details
Added Completed status allowing the packaging solution lifecycle to continue beyond the Produced status for integration with downstream processes like closing.
Packaging Creation
Users can now create copies of Saved Jobs in Packaging Creation by selecting Save as New
Import
Work can now be imported with a Carton Property Group as the location. This will not require a Production Group to be assigned.
Event Notifications
Users can now subscribe to an Event Notification for Canceled/Removed work.
Box Last
The Box last page has been deprecated. The box last trigger functionality is fully supported on the Orders page.
Ability to trigger production at the production group level using a new API endpoint.
Platform
Configuration Audit includes IoT device events, increasing transparency and visibility into historical device changes.
Reporting and Analytics
New Time Filtering and Error Drill Down in PackNet Report and Search enables filtering reporting dashboards down to 15-minute intervals.
Site Availability graph interactive visualization to better understand the relationship between machine status and site availability.
Migrated PackNet Report experience from Apex Charts to MUI Charts, simplifying the charting stack and creating a more cohesive visual design across reports.
DIM
PackNet DIM improved integrations and workflows
The CartonCreate endpoints are next‑generation DIM APIs that let customers create optimized cartons in one step—pulling item dimensions, applying cubing logic, and sending final data to PackNet Core for production.
The Cartonize endpoint unifies the capabilities of four previous Cube endpoints into one streamlined API. It automates the cartonization process—analyzing item/order data and selecting optimal cartons.
Multi-Region Infrastructure
New File Drop tool for Multi-Region Infrastructure requires Tenant ID.
Downstream Modules
PackNet now supports downstream modules such as Lidding and Carton Closing.
Enabled support for Lantech’s High-speed Case Sealer for X5 cartons.
Import Pipelines can add carton closing to a packaging solution.
Search page job details includes downstream closing states.
Authentication and User Management
Improved login experience by supporting both Single Sign On (SSO) and basic password authentication at the same PackNet site.

Advanced settings enable excluded fields to shorten the information provided by an Event Notification.
Import Pipeline:
Limited max import size by total jobs to improve PackNet performance. Each tenant can only import 10,000 cartons every five minutes.
Import Pipelines can now set and extract value for flute thickness.
Ability to have different sets of rules for each import type (Import, Packaging Creation, Dimensioning).
Selection:
Reduced time to start carton production for machines in idle state.
Reporting and Analytics
Errors & Availability new Failure Reasons by Count report. Only supported for X7 machines on the latest PLC version at this time.
Carton Production, Trim, Z-Fold, and OEE Over Time graphs can now be downloaded to .csv file.

Disto page launched to enhance experience for operators using DISTO device with PackNet DIM.
New Layering property determines when products are allowed to be layered with other products or not.
New Item Level Padding property enables DIM to add additional padding to products to help keep items safe in transit.
